Waterfront Park Engagement with Tommy & Suvarna:
I’ve been good friends with Tommy since we went to high school together in Kansas, almost a decade ago. We parted ways for college and have rarely lived within 12 hours of each other. Luckily, earlier this year, he was stationed with the Navy in Charleston, SC, which relatively makes us neighbors at only a 3 hour drive away.
When Cammy and I were married last November, he and Suvarna drove down for our wedding. We were so happy that they could make it for our big day and honored that they would ask us to photograph their wedding this summer in Maine.
We drove up to Charleston earlier this month for their engagement photos, and we had such a blast. They were so easy to photograph, and Cammy and I were relishing the opportunity to get out of Florida and take in a new environment. Charleston offered limitless opportunities, and it’s a shame we could only be there one day. After the photos, it was great to just relax and hang out with an old friend. They took us out to dinner to a local spot called Taco Boy that, even though they thoroughly hyped, lived up to the expectations.
Tommy and Suvarna are truly perfect for one another. I met Sue a few years ago, before Cammy and I had even started dating, and I’ve been so thoroughly impressed with her every time I’ve been around her.
The big day is only two months away, and Cammy and I can’t wait to be there and to capture every special moment of the festivities.
